Adam Lambert 'flattered' by American Idol judging rumours

Adam Lambert is open to serving as a judge on American Idol after finding fame on the show and is "flattered" by reports linking him to the series. The singer was the runner-up on the eighth season of Idol in 2009, and recent speculation suggested he is in talks to return to the show for the upcoming 12th installment - and Lambert is thrilled with the rumours. He tells website GossipCop.com, "Idol has an amazing history of introducing great musical talent, and I was very fortunate to have had the Idol stage play a big part in my career. "If Idol wants to talk to me about judging, I'd be more than flattered to have that conversation."
