Ticketmaster is feeling the heat from concert/event goers!
Ticketmaster has changed their refund policy due to the COVID-19 crisis.
Concerts and other live gatherings are either being cancelled or postponed at this time, and Ticketmaster announced they are only offering refunds for cancelled events.
That means if a show is rescheduled and you cannot make that date, you will not be receiving a refund.
You can check out the full rules and regulations HERE.
People online are NOT happy with this decision…
I applaud Ticketmaster for continuing to shine in what is apparently a competition to provide the worst customer service in any industry. Exorbitant ticket fees for negligible benefits—now taking advantage of a crisis to line their pockets? Next level. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 https://t.co/XySh6Ka04K

#Ticketmaster you managed to piss off every fandom simultaneously. Good luck with that. pic.twitter.com/R1Pvp7tE5D
