After a second massive weekend at the box office, Greta Gerwig’s “Barbie” has made history, becoming the highest-grossing film directed by a woman.

The record was previously held by Patty Jenkins with her 2017 DC movie “Wonder Woman” which brought home $822.8 million at the box office. As of right now, “Barbie” has grossed over $900 million.
